- There are cows roaming the streets
- There are way more people than in Dunedin and they all look very different to us
- We both like momos which are a bit like dumplings. They are a specialty in Nepal.
- There is a lot of rubbish and pollution in Kathmandu
- It's rude to point with one finger you need to use your whole hand
- Bakpatur where we stayed the first few nights is very very old. Some of the building we're build 500 years ago.
- There are a lot of dogs on the streets
- People ring prayer bells all through the night
- People are always trying to sell us something
- The roads are vey rough and bumpy

ReplyDeleteWe have been so busy with our production practice that we haven't been in our classroom much this week! Miss Seque is missing having Beth to help her teach everyone the dance! (It's looking pretty good now though!)
We are loving reading all of your awesome facts about Asia its made us want to know more so keep posting them!
