Hello, we are currently in Chiangmai enjoying the crazy busy and big night markets ...and the food! Tomorrow we head for the Thai-Laos border and cross into Laos the following morning. From there, we travel down the Mekong for 2 days to get to Luang Prabang. Thailand has been awesome - hopefully we can add some more photos soon.
We are heading through to Hanoi on 13th Jan- decided to fly to avoid a 27 hour bus ride(!) - we've discovered that the limit is a 15 hour train ride. Meg
We went to a night market and I (Beth) bought a little monkey and I named him jungle boy because he has no clothes. We had yummy Indian for tea (butter chicken) and we are going to another night market now-ish for some yummy street food. The breakfast is hora bull. Beth
